Since its beginnings in 2009, The Wedding Stylist has built a portfolio of celebrations ranging from intimate gatherings to elaborate, multi-day weddings, working with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
Over the years, we have had the privilege of planning weddings in some remarkable settings, collaborating with talented creative professionals and developing longstanding relationships with trusted suppliers both locally and internationally.
Our experience has shaped a considered approach to wedding planning, one that brings together creativity, organisation and an appreciation for the finer details. For us, beautiful design and careful planning go hand in hand, with equal attention given to how a celebration looks, how it unfolds and how it is experienced by our clients and their guests.

Our approach begins with taking the time to understand each couple, their personalities, priorities and the celebration they envision.
We work closely with our clients throughout the planning journey, offering considered advice, bringing together a team of trusted professionals and managing the many elements involved in bringing a wedding together. From the earliest planning discussions to the final preparations, we consider how each decision contributes to the celebration as a whole.
We believe that a truly exceptional celebration is as much about the experience as it is about the aesthetics. Beyond creating a beautiful setting, we consider the flow of the occasion, the quality of hospitality and the many thoughtful touches that make a wedding feel personal and welcoming, regardless of its scale.
We choose to undertake a limited number of weddings each year, allowing us to devote the time, attention and care that we believe every celebration deserves.

Wenxin's interest in wedding planning began long before she joined The Wedding Stylist. Drawn to the many disciplines involved in creating and managing celebrations, she sought experience across different aspects of the industry, from hospitality and floristry to working alongside established wedding planners before finding her place at The Wedding Stylist.
Today, Wenxin leads the planning and management of the company's weddings, drawing on her experience to guide clients through the many decisions and considerations involved in creating a celebration. She brings an appreciation for cohesive creativity, well-executed logistics and the personal details that make each wedding distinctive.
