Established in 2009, The Wedding Stylist has spent over 15 years creating celebrations in Singapore and around the world - from intimate dinners to multi-day destination weddings and some of life's most elaborate occasions.

Over the years, we've learned that experience isn't simply about knowing how to plan a wedding.

It's knowing what to anticipate, where to be meticulous, when to simplify and how to respond when something doesn't go according to plan. We've built long-standing relationships with trusted venues, designers and specialists, and developed the judgment to know which details matter. Because when you've been doing this for long enough, you learn that the most seamless celebrations aren't the ones where nothing goes wrong. They're the ones where you never have to know that something did.

Caroline cultivates intuitive relationships with clients and translates their lifestyles into dynamic, personal experiences. Her parties are marvelled at by guests and she constantly raises the bar for the next event. Her dedicated service, hands-on approach and one-on-one attention makes her not just another planner, but a friend to her clients, delivering a deeply personal and meaningful planning experience that clients look fondly back on.

After graduating with a Masters from the UK and being a corporate drone in the chemical industry for long enough, Caroline decided to finally take the plunge and pursue her passion in wedding planning, and was the first planner to feature a Singaporean wedding on Style Me Pretty. In her free time, you will find her travelling, eating (she is a foodie) or looking at anything wedding-related - this is what she loves and will continue to love.

Wenxin takes influences from clients' stories, cultures, style and energy, and distills these into intentional design that is reflective of her clients' personalities, making celebrations feel like an intimate dinner party no matter the size. She is inspired by the finer details, and thoughtfully weaves these nuances into the perfect soirée. She lives for cohesive creativity, and so no detail goes unconsidered - be it food, service, music or design.

Wenxin knew she wanted to be a wedding planner long before she knew exactly what that meant. She started by learning from every side of the industry she could - serving wedding guests at the Mandarin Oriental, exploring floristry, and taking on internships with some of Singapore's most respected planners. She eventually found her home at The Wedding Stylist. More than a decade later, she still finds herself fascinated by every wedding.
